Intuitive Spirit Art Designs began in 2001 when Alice’s doodling morphed into abstract designs for the individual being read. Now called Imagery from Beyond — Art by Ali Abstracts, it is automatic drawing created during private readings and Messages from Beyond® events, and featured in Imagery From Beyond Coloring Book Series for Grownups. Art by Ali is now available on greeting cards, fabric, playing cards, and bags…because Alice loves functional art!
Alice began using automatic writing for her personal spiritual growth in 1982, and now receives messages via her own intuitive process, and offers her experience and guidance to others. Combining her own energy with that of Dennis, Alice serves as a listener and grounder of positive energy in the room. The messages in her drawings are her interpretation of the information coming through and are shared with each person as part of the reading process. Drawings are created during private readings, and for each person who receives readings at group events and TeleCircles.
Since moving to Stanwood, Washington in July of 2016, Alice was delighted to settle into the community and be juried in as an artist at the Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild. One of her many abstract art designs was chosen to be on the Guild’s website page for the months of May, June, and July, 2017. Never one to not become totally involved, in October of 2018, Alice was elected to the Guild’s Board as secretary for a 2-year term. Stanwood is a small artsy town, and Alice has often been invited to host coloring book parties at local events and boutiques in town. She says, “It’s exciting to watch as people realize how meditative and healthfully beneficial coloring can be. It’s a calming and fun experience for everyone.” You can see her art displayed in local businesses as part of the Guild’s “Art in Public Places”, and during seasonal art events in downtown Stanwood and LaConner, WA.
Alice’s most recent line, called Art by Ali — Imagery From Beyond Mosaics is now available on greeting cards, fabric, playing cards, and bags…because Alice loves functional art! Her art is now available as a limited numbered edition of artist pulled prints…abstract art in color, and black & white.
Sizes: 11x14 and 8x10 matted, numbered and signed by the artist.

Art by Ali drawings are intentionally not given a title, because everyone sees different images in each picture. The more you look at a design, the more images you will see. A few have obvious designs and are named, but for the most part, each is given a number.

This is Alice’s favorite drawing, drawn just 4 days before her father passed in 2001. It’s quite similar to her dad’s style of abstract art, which is why she chose it to be her business logo. Though most Art by Ali drawings are not named, this one is called Alice in Wonderland, Queen of Hearts, and is available on blank greeting cards.
